The consistency of this product is temperature sensitive. This does not affect the effectiveness of the deodorant. But, if it’s too runny or too hard for your liking, you can adjust it by cooling it in the fridge for several hours or softening it in a microwave for 10 seconds (with the lid off). Due to the current heat wave in the Southwest, it may arrive in the mail more runny than desired, although it is just as effective. To return it to its usual firmness, give it a stir and pop it in the fridge for 4-8 hrs.
